Full-Time Opportunities

Role Overview

Caprae is redefining how entrepreneurship and capital connect. We operate at the intersection of private equity, venture operations, and founder enablement, and we move fast.

We're looking for a Business Development Associate with strong commercial instincts, sharp communication skills, and the drive to turn conversations into real revenue and closed deals. This is a full-time, front-line growth role for someone exceptional at outbound outreach, confident presenting to executives, and energized by building pipeline from zero. You'll sit at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and deal execution. This is not a passive sales, marketing, or research role - you'll learn how deals actually get done by doing them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-volume, high-quality outbound business development (including cold outreach; ~20 hours/week)
  • Initiate and manage conversations with founders, CEOs, and business owners across industries
  • Book and run discovery meetings, partnership discussions, and early-stage deal conversations
  • Support - and over time lead - commercial, sales, and transaction-related discussions
  • Craft and deliver clear, compelling narratives around Caprae's offerings and value proposition
  • Work directly with senior leadership to prioritize and pursue high-value opportunities
  • Own and manage a pipeline of prospects, partnerships, and deal opportunities
  • Track, manage, and report on outreach activity, meetings, and conversion metrics
  • Assist in select client success, account management, and post-close relationship building
  • Contribute to brand positioning, partnerships, investor relations, and PR initiatives as needed

What We Look For

  • Strong outbound and business development skills (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, exec conversations)
  • Clear, confident communicator who can build rapport quickly with senior stakeholders
  • Highly motivated, autonomous, and performance-driven
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Strong interest in entrepreneurship, business, private equity, or finance
  • Finance education or deal exposure strongly preferred
  • Strong with numbers - this is a commercial role with real economics behind it
  • Must be fluent in English

Culture Fit

We strongly prefer recent graduates or early-career candidates. This role is ideal for smart, hungry, coachable people who want to learn how business development, partnerships, and deals work from the ground up. Traditional finance or institutional sales experience is not required - and in some cases, heavily rigid backgrounds (investment banking, traditional PE, or overly scripted sales orgs) can be a downside due to baked-in habits. We care far more about judgment, work ethic, and output than pedigree.

Career Growth

This role is built for rapid advancement. High performers can move into Manager-level or platform leadership roles in months, not years - with ownership over pipeline, junior teammates, and meaningful deal flow. Compensation scales aggressively with performance. Top performers earn outsized bonuses tied directly to meetings booked, opportunities originated, and deals closed - not tenure or internal politics. This is a meritocracy: output -> trust -> responsibility -> compensation.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary
  • Commissions for qualified meetings and originated opportunities
  • Significant upside on deal closes for top performers
  • Performance bonuses tied directly to conversion and revenue impact
  • Fast-track growth into Manager, leadership, or broader platform roles within Caprae

Location: Australia (Remote)

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

We're hiring a Content & Narrative Lead at Caprae. This role owns how we think, write, and show up publicly - across social, newsletters, email, and thought leadership. You'll shape our voice, turn ideas into content that travels, and help ensure our brand is sharp, consistent, and culturally fluent. This is a writing-first role. Fast-paced. Direct feedback. High standards.

Writing & Narrative

  • Write and edit high-impact content across LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, newsletters, and email
  • Translate complex ideas (finance, growth, leadership) into clear, compelling writing
  • Maintain a consistent, confident Caprae voice across all channels
  • Ghostwrite emails and thought leadership as needed

Social & Distribution

  • Own cross-platform distribution and repurposing strategy
  • Understand what works where (format, tone, memes, timing)
  • Track engagement signals and iterate quickly

Brand & Culture

  • Protect and strengthen Caprae's brand, tone, and positioning
  • Ensure content feels native to the internet - not corporate
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with clients when needed

Newsletters & Email (Big Plus)

  • Manage newsletters and nurture content
  • Maintain strong email deliverability and list hygiene
  • Understand sequencing, subject lines, and audience segmentation

Who You Are

  • Exceptional writer with strong taste
  • Deeply understands memes, internet culture, and social platforms
  • Comfortable with direct feedback and fast iteration
  • Confident working with founders and clients
  • Passionate about brand, narrative, and execution

Nice-to-Haves

  • Thought leadership or founder-brand experience
  • Email deliverability and newsletter experience
  • Background in finance, startups, or investing
  • Light design skills (Canva, Figma)

Why This Role

  • Real ownership of voice and narrative
  • High autonomy, high trust
  • Fast growth if you're good
  • Culture-first, execution-driven environment

Location: Global (Remote)

Type: Full-time

Role Overview

Caprae is building a modern operating layer for lower-middle-market M&A - combining a research engine, deal sourcing pipeline, and internal tools that compound across every transaction. We're hiring a Developer to help build it. You'll work directly with leadership to ship internal tooling, automation, and data products that power how Caprae sources, evaluates, and executes deals. This is a builder role, not a maintenance role - expect to own features end-to-end from problem framing to deploy.

What You'll Work On

  • Internal tools that accelerate sourcing, research, and outreach workflows
  • Automation around data enrichment, scraping, and CRM/lead-gen pipelines
  • Light frontend (dashboards, internal apps) and backend (APIs, scheduled jobs)
  • Working with founders and operators to translate fuzzy problems into shipped software

What We Look For

  • Strong fundamentals in at least one modern stack (JS/TS, Python, or similar)
  • Comfortable shipping full features alone - frontend, backend, deploy
  • Pragmatic, fast, and biased toward action over perfection
  • Curious about deals, finance, or how investment platforms actually run
  • Strong written communication - most decisions happen async

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with AI/LLM tooling, scraping, or data pipelines
  • Comfort with cloud infra (AWS, GCP), serverless, or containerized deploys
  • Prior startup or solo-builder experience

Why This Role

  • High autonomy and direct access to leadership
  • Real ownership over what you build and how it ships
  • Output-driven, no theater, fast feedback loops

Role Overview

Caprae is hiring a Marketing Associate to support how we show up across channels, run campaigns, and turn audience attention into qualified pipeline. You'll work alongside the Content & Narrative Lead and senior leadership to execute marketing programs across LinkedIn, newsletters, paid channels, and partnerships. This role is execution-heavy - you'll own the day-to-day of campaigns, content scheduling, audience analytics, and lifecycle email - with room to grow into program ownership quickly.

What You'll Own

  • Day-to-day execution of social, email, and content distribution calendars
  • Light copy, asset coordination, and channel-specific repurposing
  • Campaign tracking and reporting (open rates, engagement, conversion to meetings)
  • Audience and CRM hygiene (segmentation, list health, deliverability basics)
  • Support paid experiments and partnership rollouts as they come up

What We Look For

  • 1-3 years of marketing, growth, or content experience (or strong demonstrated work)
  • Sharp written communication and good visual taste
  • Comfortable in tools like LinkedIn, Notion, Canva/Figma, and one email/CRM platform
  • Organized, fast, and reliable on deadlines
  • Curious about finance, founders, or how investment brands grow

Nice-to-Haves

  • Newsletter and lifecycle email experience
  • Paid social or partnership marketing exposure
  • Background working with founder-led brands

  • Direct access to leadership and the full marketing stack
  • Real ownership of campaigns from day one
  • Fast path into program-lead responsibility for strong performers
